Deposit Policy

We make appointments with the expectation that you will attend at the agreed date/time and undergo your planned treatment. If you change your mind, or something prevents you from being able to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

When we book your appointment, we will ask for a 30%- 50% deposit from you as confirmation of your commitment to attend. Deposits are normally fully refundable providing the appropriate 48 hours’ notice to cancel is given.

Our deposits/prepayments policies are set out as follows:

New Private Patient, Direct Access Emergency, and All Private Treatments.

30%-50% deposit must be made in advance to secure the appointment. If you miss the appointment or failed to attend and wish to rebook, you must pay another non-refundable deposit. The full balance must be paid before you enter the surgery for your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE TREATMENT

We understand that cancellations sometimes happen.

To help keep our fees stable and reduce waiting times, we have updated our policy:

.48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an

appointment. Cancellations made with less notice will be recorded as failed appointments.

• We may refuse further treatment if a patient misses two consecutive appointments or has two late cancellations.
• Genuine emergencies will not incur a charge.
• Missed appointments and late cancellations (excluding genuine emergencies) are non-refundable.
  While we will try to fill cancelled appointment slots, we reserve the right to charge for any lost clinical
  time.

This policy ensures that costs from missed appointments are carried by those who miss them, rather than being passed on to all patients through higher fees. Thank you for your understanding.
